The Group Real Estate Brokerage’s New Homes Sales Solutions program for builders and buyers is the first of its kind in our local market. With a dedication and focus on providing assistance, counseling and direction to builders on the continuous changing market conditions this new program allows builders to continue to grow their business through reliable agent relationships based on agent experience, knowledge and professionalism in the new construction industry. With four primary focuses; market placement, market strategy, process and accountability, The Group’s agents are qualified and ready to assist.
The Group is home to over 10 agents who have completed two of the real estate industry’s most comphrensive courses, earning national certifications as Residential Construction Certified (RCC) professionals and Certified New Home Specialists (CNHS). In addition to the RCC and CNHS certification exams, each agent completed more than 32 total hours of specialized course work covering architectural design and planning, blueprint reading, topography, building site design, evaluating quality construction, materials, methods, construction terminology, scheduling, and successful buyer/builder relations. These agents are proud to join an exclusive group of real estate professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of service to both builders and buyers.
