Catherine Schwartz is an Affiliate Broker with The Group licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia since 2016. Her primary focus is residential sales, specializing in home buyers. She is experienced in fixer uppers, rentals, and older homes. Whether its buying or selling, she is committed to producing the results for all of her clients. With her “can do” attitude, constant communication, and positive energy, she is a joy to work with during the entire process. Catherine is very easy going and loves a challenge. Problem solving is one of her best skills. Dedicated to providing a top notch experience to her clients, she also eases all the stresses the process can create. 

As a Chattanooga native, Catherine grew up exploring all of the city’s beautiful surrounding areas. She enjoys the great outdoors from hiking and camping in the mountains to tending to her garden; being with her family and friends; and supporting local businesses and products. She currently lives in North Chattanooga with her husband Jimmy, their daughter Finley, and their rescue animals.
