Charity Martin is an Affiliate Broker licensed in Tennessee and Georgia. Her primary focus is residential sales where she works with both sellers and buyers.  

Born and raised in Alaska, Charity is a graduate from Covenant College and has been a resident of Chattanooga since 1998. Charity has a paralegal background and worked for 9 years at a local Chattanooga law firm. For five of those years she worked with a team of lawyers that specialized in large scale commercial transactions. Her paralegal background offers valuable insight to aid her clients in navigating the finer points and nuances of a residential transaction. Charity is committed to serving her clients through clear communication, thorough research and building relationships. She currently lives in St. Elmo with her husband, Lang Martin, two hilarious kids, Milo & Rosemary and cats, Zeus and Hazel.
